I called today to see about AAA room only for two rooms and I was put on hold while the CM checked something,when she came back she said now I have to correct code,they had changed it and went on to book the two rooms (2 different people,but same resort and time frame) and all the time she repeated "this is with the AAA discount"",even when she told me the amount of the deposit due and due date.To me,it seemed high,but since it was during a holiday week,I had her put a hold on it and send them both a email with all the info.When I checked the email for one of the people,I didn't see anywhere,anything about AAA,so I called.This CM pulled up both rooms and said "no,this is not with any discount".So she said she would call Guest Services and see if the rooms were open for the AAA discount.She came back on and told me that she was very sorry,but there were no discounts at the resort during that week.I know anyone can make a mistake,and at least no money was paid at that time,so,I would make sure you are really getting the AAA discount.
