check remaining days on tickets?

I have 2 adult 4 day park hopper passes circa 2002 (yes, 2002!) that have been laying around a drawer for about 7 years.

I know there is SOMETHING on them (at least one of them, but I'm pretty sure BOTH of them, actually). Is there any way to check, short of showing up at a turnstyle at one of the parks?

And, if there IS something on them...what's the rule for upgrading them? Say, if I wanted to add a couple of days? Anyone know what price I'd pay?

To check to see if older tickets still have "days left" on them...

Call WDW at
(407) 566-4985

When the system answers-
Press "Option 2" when asked.
The CM can then check what's still on your ticket if you read her/him the numbers printed on it.

They are only open Mon-Sat. (Some say Mon-Fri.)


If you follow these directions, but the CM on the phone won't give you the info,
make another call later in the day, and/or on other days.

Thanks! We tried that (three times, three different CM's) and they told us they no longer offer that option. True or just another case of CM "misinformation", I don't know...but we had no luck.

Too bad on upgrading...I thought the deal was that the older media was non-expiring AND could be "traded in" toward an upgraded ticket. Ah well....not a big deal!
