check on AP rates

Got right through at 7:00am--no code exists! Watson wanted to know where I got the code because he was the "source" and it was not a valid code. Called right back and got Fred, who was able to apply the EWK code. Booked at POFQ--disappointed that the AP rates are not any lower than the e-mail ones!

Tough - if you were polite about it don't worry. If she said there are no rooms available any longer at that rate that would be different but to say the rate is not available when we've gotten it is not valid info.

The CM I spoke with gave me the "Why do you want to check, you already have a discount with AZZ ..." line when I first called. She made me feel dumb for asking about EWK ... I figure if I'm up this early, there's no harm in checking

The 2nd CM was the charm. Got WL standard for $109+tax and poly garden for $209. Why are some CMs so lazy they cannot check or even try. Ludicrous.

BAJ is also 10 day maximum stay. If some of you are speaking to cm's can you ask about the maximum stay, I'm just not too confident in this one!!!

Ok so it took three tries but now I got it.
The second CM said she was going to reboot her computer to see if that helps and it did not. How sad that some CM's can not use the code and others can. How frustrating for us.


Any way got Sports for $49 plus tax for all 9 nights and she does not see anything in there about Oct discounts....

I hope everyone was able to get some of what they were looking for.

I just got off the phone with a very nice cm that checked for me the EWK code and told me it was available but it was exactly the same price for the FT. Wilderness cabins that I had the postcard rate of for my stay. 5 nights for $775.00 total.

I am finally off the phone......I ended up with POP for $49/nt plus tax for 12 of my 14 nts. I am still holding 3 ressies for each room. She didn't want to give me the second room on the AP discount because I already have 3 rooms booked Um, no I have 3 ressies for one room, 2 at the AP rate but my understanding is 3 rooms per stay. SO if they want they can look at my ressies as 3 seperate stays!!

I really should have hung up in the beginning and tried to get someone a little more knowledgeable!

Just applied EWK to our ressie, 109/night for the AKL in mid-september, another $10 per night off our reservation (originally booked with AZZ)!!!!!



CM was simply wonderful, and was surprised when this popped up, but very helpful,a nd we were all booked in under 5 minutes

Called 1st thing at 7:00am was told code wasn't in the system...Saw where some here receive the code called back...reached another CM was told no codes...waited 20 minutes called back got the 1st CM I spoke with...she said "OMG I can't believe this, after your call I got the code to come-up and I went ahead and applied it to your reservations. She said she had never gotten the same guest before, she said she had tried to call be back but I'm over at my sisters house watching my nephews, she also applied the code to my sisters reservation. I said, "Well it must be MAGIC"

But for those of us still waiting......this sucks!

It's August and they're still w/ the codes that's for the end of Sept.? So for me, who's looking for codes for Dec., I'd have to wait until OCTOBER?!

Listen, after all the hub-bub dies down with making this morning's ressie's, will someone answer this...

I have ressie's that I will have to cancel if I can't get an Oct. code...don't I lose my deposit if I cancel under 45days?
I'm in the 50s already!
