Anyone else wonder how many of the 15 dis winner are actually legit?? I mean...there's got to be a few weirdo or bored people out there who are on here....just sayin.

I whole heartily believe If you thing positive, positive things happen in your life. If you constantly think negative . . . . well you can guess the rest!

This has been a VERY positive DIS board therefore many winners have been brought here.

On a different note I sent my questionnaire to Michael on Wed and under the special request asked if I could just receive a conformation that they received
my questionnaire I haven't heard anything back.
My question is has everyone who sent theirs back received conformation?
Don't know if I should call.

I'm legit, too. I have emails, FedExes, and official Disneyland letterhead to prove it. I was never my intention to brag, and I don't think I did, but I don't appreciate being called a bored weirdo, along with my 14 fellow OMDD winners.

I received an email back saying they were booking my trip. But that was after I had emailed him with a follow up question. We are trying to take our trip the first week of June so I am hoping we hear back soon.

Thanks, I was only posting here out of excitement. I certainly wasn't intending to rub it in anyone's face. Now, If I can be brave enough to do a trip trip report! I love to read trip reports but have never been brave enough to write my own. It is really cool that all the Disers are winning! I hope you win too! Winning the cruise would be awesome too! I have always wanted to go on a Disney cruise but they are so darn expensive!

You said you were going to WDW too right? We asked for the second week in June!!: My oldest DS is starting HS and any other time besides summer would be hard on us too!!!

I just wanted to pop in and say congrats to all the winners. How exciting for you all! I hope you all have wonderful vacations!

Plus since there are so many lucky people on here, I thought maybe the good luck would rub off a little as we get into the final days of the contest. Been entering every day without fail. I keep thinking that maybe not as many people are keeping up with it for the whole 60 days so maybe I'm competing against less people over all (one can wish right!).

Win or lose, I'm still going to WDW in June. It sure would be nice to win the OMDD trip though and go to Disney Land!!!

The kids and I are off this week for February vacation. We don't have any plans except to relax and do some housework. I've been telling them all morning that it would be really cool if the FedEx guy came to visit us this week!

I guess I'm another weirdo (but not bored) supposed winner. I've been checking this thread the whole time we've been at WDW to keep up with any new developments. I'm kind of looking forward to getting home tonight to see if I got my letter from DL, but sad that we're leaving Disney.

I just sent my decision letter for which park to Ventura. Is it really taking 6-8 weeks to hear a response from Disney? I'm going to have trouble not going crazy if I have to wait long. We've decided to choose Disneyland.

Good for you! Don't worry it shouldn't really take 6-8 weeks.
For me it was only 2 weeks after we decided which park. . . . but it did feel like 6-8 weeks!

I hadn't heard back from Disney yet, so when I emailed Ventura to ask if they knew anything, they just said that it could take 6-8 weeks to process everything. But that doesn't mean it will take that long, many have already heard back and were able to start selecting their hotels and dates of travel.
