It comes from New York City, at least mine did. It doesn't come from Disney but from Ventura Marketing, although their name is not on the return address. It comes from a specific person there with the company's address.

I've never won a trip, but from what I understand, any ticket you have whether you got it free, discounted, full price 5 years ago, full price yesterday, etc., once you've used it the first time, you can upgrade it for whatever the price difference would be if you had paid gate price that day for the original ticket.

Incorrect information. I have been given 2 complimentary tickets by a contact at a Disney company for my next trip. They are 4 day park hoppers. They are not upgradeable.

Yes, you can both enter each day. One person can only enter once each day though (either by text OR online).

Ok I had a missed call today and then got a text telling me to call re: the One More Disney Day sweepstakes. I called and they are sending a package Fed Ex and they also emailed me a letter and form as a potential winner! I am freaking out. I have been sobbing on the phone to my husband, he thought someone died! lol
