When checking in can I use gift cards to put on account so I can just use my room key to charge ?

Why do you use Garden Grocer ?

I created an account and started looking, it appears that in a lot of cases their prices are higher then ordering direct from Disney.

For charging privileges to be extended we have to leave a major credit card on file. However, at any one or more points during the stay, we can go to the front desk and ask that gift cards be applied to the balance.

Their prices are very high. Agreed.

When I can't get to a store on my own, I prefer Wegoshop - they also will leave the shopping with bell services and charge the credit card, difference being that they charge actual price. You tell them what sizes and brands you want and indicate no substitution for items that must be that brand - otherwise they look for sales, and they tack on their service fee plus a $2 gas surcharge.

My son loved that instead of 1 pack of cookies on our last trip it was a Buy 1:1 free deal she took advantage of. She also found many other deals and substitutions bringing my anticipated $200 bill down to about $130 :) To make my list I pulled up Peapod by Stop & Shop (a local company to me) and did my "shopping" - I then copied and pasted that into an email to the WeGoShop shopper, and later on tweaked it with an updated email a couple days before we arrived. All went very smooth.

I used Garden Grocer this past June and will use them this July. They had everything I needed and you make your list from their stock items. I know that We Go Shop will shop wherever you want them to, but I found the list at Garden Grocer more than adequate. Making the list on the We Go Shop site was much more cumbersome in my opinion. GG could not deliver beer and wine back in June but has now added that convenience to their delivery. You just have to fax your ID. They sent me a text when they were delivering to the resort. We did not have our room yet and wanted to head to the parks, so bell services kept everything cold and then delivered it to our room when we called. We did not have to be there in person when they delivered to bell services. Very convenient and there were no issues getting every item I requested. Would definitely recommend their service, especially if you don't have a car, which we never do when in WDW.
