Cheating on a test .What would you do?

I don't know how this person got a copy of it.

but in your first post you said that you did know:

After class today one of the guy's (that sits beside my friend and I)
was passing out the quiz that we will be having on Friday(to the new students)
He got it from someone who finished the course.

So I guess my answer is still the same. If he got the copy "legally" from a past student, that is pretty accepted procedure around most college campuses and I wouldn't do anything.

If you somehow think the students have gotten hold of the papers by stealing it, I would definately say something to the instructor.
