cheapest way to the disney outlet

We will be staying at POR and would like to go to the Disney outlet. We are trying to avoid renting a car. Is there a way to get there via bus from maybe DTD? TIA

You can take Transtar or Lynx to the Disney Ware house at the Premium Outlets on Vineland, pretty sure you can connect through DTD, but I'd call.

A cab might be the quickest way. Not sure about busses.

I've been wondering the same thing. We are staying at asmo and only have Disney transportation. Someone said take a bus to Dtd then take a cab from there. Are cabs readily available at Dtd or do we need to arrange one ahead of time?

I'm not even sure where the Disney Outlet stores are... Help?!?!

If you're planning on a cab, why not take a cab directly from your resort? They are readily available.

I think this site will give you the transport information you need. Plus if you sign up for their VIP club you can print off coupons before you go.

As for car rental, I would check on DIS for the car rental thread for the month you are going for the latest codes and coupons. (With a basic Alamo one day rental and only a 10% insiders discount a midsize would run between $50 - $55, but DISers will have way better deals).
