We are planning our first family vacation to Disney in May. I was just on the Disney website and calculated that our tickets are going to cost us over $1000 U.S. (ouch!!) :confused3 Is there a cheaper way to buy them? I called the Disney store because I know they sometimes sell them at par but they said they don't have any deals on right now.

Any help you can give me would be appreciated!
Thanks!

Hi Jessie and Woody,
I purchased mine through my travel agent when I booked my trip.
I got the 7 park hopper, and paid about $250.00 for my 5 year old and around $300.00 each for my husband and I.
From what I understand it is cheaper to by them from here before you go.

Thanks! I just checked out Ticketmania and it's definitely cheaper than directly from Disney but would still like to save more if possible....anyone have other ideas?? :scratchin :scratchin

Hi Jessieandwoody,

Make sure you check out the other thread called "Ticketmania" before buying tickets thru them. This makes me think twice about who I buy tickets from.

CAA also sells tickets.

they even have full refund policy, great prices, we just ordered 2 10 day premium passes through them, arrived within 8 days (2005 prices !!!)

Price comparison:
undercovertourist - full refund, free shipping.
7-day adult base ticket is $207.00, child is $166.00

mapleleaftickets - no refund, USPS shipping charge.
7-day adult base ticket is $209.00, child is $172.00

I ordered tickets from undercovertourist on January 9 and they arrived January 18. They come in a sealed, see-through packet. Check them for accuracy - if there's any problem, don't open the packet. They will give a full refund if they are still sealed. No problems with mine.

Also check with CAA - they were still selling tickets at 2005 prices when I was in last week.

I checked with them before going undercovertourist.com route... caa only has the 2005 prices for expiring after 14 days 7 day hopper pass. And their price was like $255 US or something like that. I thought it was too much when I compared to the other site (undercovertourist)

Thank you for all your suggestions. I am definitely going to keep those sites bookmarked. Do you think the prices will fluctuate at all between now and May?
