Cheapest option to get from sanford airport to WDW?

I did a lot of research on this question and found that the cheapest way is to rent a car for a few hours for the drive down to WDW. There is a car rental center on Disney property that provides a free shuttle back to your resort once the car is returned. The cheapest quote I found was $38 for a 4 hour rental period through Alamo....
