We will be going back to the world sometime in Oct. We are just now starting to plan. Never has been 5 of us, so this is something new. I checked prices for AofA, All star music (i think) and Port Orleans riverside. I thought the cheapest would be all stars, but it isnt...It is Port orleans. Am i missing something? Why is a mod cheaper than an value? :confused3 Is there any other value or mod that could possibly be cheaper?

TIA

You are correct, POR is likely the cheapest for 5. The reason being that at AoA or ASM you would have to get a suite or two rooms. These two options would give you more space than one room at POR.

You could look into renting DVC points - but this would likely work out to be more expensive than these two options, I think, and you would not be booking through Disney.

We are a family of 5 and enjoy POR. It has 2 queen beds and a murphy bed. Our kids are 8, 7 and 4, so this works out great for us. As they get older I see us moving to either a suite or 2 rooms at a value to have more space and another bathroom.

yes the PP was correct. Most rooms are only for 4 and if it's more it is made into a suite so that cost more b/c you have more amenities and space. That saide we are booked POR. The fold down bed is made for a child 9 and under they suggest so it would not work for 5 adults.

I would like to book a 2 bedroom unit at kadani village. We will be coming with
4 adults and 4 kids. Would there be enough room in this unit or will it be
to tight?

The murphy bed at POR is slightly larger than a crib sized mattress. About the same width, but a bit longer.

2 adults in the room with the king sized bed, the 4 kids in the room with the 2 queen beds (they will have to share) and 2 adults in the fold out sofa in the living room. A little crowded, but very do-able. Everyone has there own space.

to get more responses, post your question as a separate thread on it's on so more people will see it

Happy travel
