Yes, those use regular coffee grounds.I also saw on one of the sites this kind of mesh reusable cup, did anyone use it. I guess it is for regular coffee, right?

I have tried a couple of reusable methods. The My K-cup that you're talking about and the My K-cap, which is a plastic cap that fits over the top of an old K-cup. You just fill the cleaned, dried K-cup with your favorite coffee and snap the lid in place.
In both cases, the product was an epic fail for me. I like a strong, bold cup of coffee. The results from these modifications were weak and flavorless. I've tried grinding the beans finer. coarser, packing loosely, packing tightly and even using the smallest cup setting. None of those has helped.
There's one out there called a Solofill that I haven't tried. The reviews on it are mixed. And pretty much everywhere I've looked, it is a 6-8 week wait for delivery. I'm not sure that I want to attempt this one after the other two have disappointed me so much.
