*CHEAP EATS!* What and Where?

We love the burgers at Peco's Bills in the MK. There fixin's bar is really great.

At MGM there is a burger stand near the Turkey Leg place that sells great vegetable soup. It is really hot though so you have to let it cool for about 5-10 minutes before eating it. I found this to make a great cheap meal and great for the kids after days on end of burgers and chicken fingers. We Grab a cup and take it with us to the Fantasmic ampitheatre and eat while waiting for the show.
Also at Pinochios in MK my mom and I split a huge turkey sandwhich on a whole wheat bun that was excellent. Sharing, especially at lunch time when you're hot and not as hungry is a great way to save $.

if you have a car and can get off property I was amazed at how much you can save in the Crossroads area. Chevy's has huge portions for under $10.00. Bennigan's gives out 2 for 1 drinks, has 10% coupons in all the discount booklets.

This is a great thread...We like tangerine cafe. We get a Shawarma platter and a side of fries and extra bread and are very full when we split it between my DH and I. Very yummy!

Peco bills is a great choice when in MK. Great burgers and hot dogs along with a toppings bar with sauted onions, melted cheddar cheese, sauted mushrooms and MUCH more.

Hey Robin!! I'm so jealous of all your trips! If you get tired of doing continual fast food, we think the Plaza is a great value. Many of the sandwiches are big enough to split as well. I also love the open faced sandwiches at the Norway bakery. And I'll have to agree with others, we ran over to Macaroni Grill near the Crossroads and were amazed at how cheap it seemed to WDW prices. Wow. Thanks everybody for all of the great suggestions. Maybe we should stay longer so we can take advantage of all these great ideas and save even *more* money!? Well, it sounds good in theory anyway.
