Cheap Car Rental

A few months ago somebody had posted a deal for cheap car rentals for budget or dollar....I can't remember.....it was around $20 a day or so.

Does anybody know if these are still around? I'm going in September and was thinking about getting a car for a few days!

I think a compact through Dollar is around $20/day with code OOAG.
