Cheap Car Rental in PC BEach Airprot

I am trying to help my parents get a cheap car rental at PC Beach Airport in Florida... Anyone know of any discount codes... I thought I could help them with a cheap rate like we get in the Orlando airport and nothing is coming up cheaper than 50 a day. My husband just got 12 a day with Expedia for our trip..
