I cooked up a bunch of chicken.. pieces of breasts with onion and spice, and some poached thighs. Packed them in the freezer in containers.. Now I jsut need to zap and toss a meal together

But it's a good book to get the brain thinking.. okay what shoud I make that doesn't require grocery trip to buy more stuff?
And they are hecka cheap basic ingredients-- nothing exotic.
