My mom told me that my grandma has made her cry so many times in the past....same story goes for one of my aunts. My grandma is the most difficult person and she was spoiled almost all her life. She was the oldest and her parents gave her whatever she wanted.

yeah, at least my dad won't say it to hubby's face. But he apparently got caught saying something very not nice when my BIL was around (sister's hubby) before our wedding in reagrds to hubby's race.

He's mellowed thru the years but last time I visited he opened his mouth and said something else to piss me off.. of course hubby wasn't around at the time

I love new bags.. but have no real need for one.. thus will not buy them .

My mil is just CRAZY. They were over here one time, and she started trying to talk politics with us.. My husband and I are VERY set in what we believe. No one will change it. Especially not a crazy, uneducated hillbilly.. They think the government should give them everything.. Just because. They shouldnt hav eto work... just because.

Hey... I dated a black guy, and had a baby with him, and my mom has always been VERY racist. She LOVES Alex to pieces, and has never said anything about him, and never would.. and at my wedding even tried to put the smackdown on some old bitty in the elevator for trying to insinuate... I dont know, something. I wasnt there, my sis was, and she is still laughing about it. But she has said ALL kinds of things about the guys I have dated. Boy was she thrilled when I came to my senses and settled down with a white guy.

I just live vicariously through my kids.. Mikalah can wear some really cute stuff, and even Alex has some styling clothes.. So I dont mind if look like total crap, as long as my kids dont look like total dorks.
