UGH. This is so NOT a big deal but I'm getting irritated none the less.

I am getting FREAKING EXCITED for our Disney World trip. I have schedules and calendars and lists all over the place. I keep changing my mind on so many things like restaurants and parks to visit on each day.

So I try to talk to him about it and he just says "Whatever you want hon" and doesnt pay much attention to me or my excitement.

Jeff is the kind of person that does not get excited about something beforehand. He's too macho. He loves ALL things Disney and has a blast while we are there and talks about Disney stuff all of the time but WONT talk about our trip. He will be excited when we get on the plane and maybe not even until we land safely in Orlando. Then he will be asking all sorts of questions and he will even question my plans for the trip. I told him he will have no say in the matter if he does not speak up now and he says he wont mind BUT I KNOW HE WILL.

Damn but I just want someone to talk to about all of this and get excited with me.

OMG. Frelan is the SAME WAY!! He is always.. Yeah, whatever you want babe. No matter WHAT I ask him, he doesnt care, just along for the ride. But then when we get there he starts to get excited. Well.. Not EXCITED. To strong of a word maybe. but he does have fun.

WHen we got married, it was like he didnt even care.. All the planning, all the details.. Everything. Just nodded and smiled. The day we got married... He was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. All SORTS of nervous and excited. Really.. Everyone thought he was going to barf in the middle of the ceremony.

Oh God Yes to all of the above. It just irritates me to death. When we get there though he will say "why didnt you book this?" or "Why are we doing this instead of that?" (Oh my head ) BECAUSE I asked you 2 months ago if you wanted to do these things and you said you didnt care which I took as a NO!

Then he is constantly reminding me that we worked there for 7 years why do we need to plan so much! Like I could forget that *******!

I plan because the kids have never been, we have never PAID, so many things have changed since 2000 and we did it all over a 7 year period! GEESH! Does he not understand ANYTHING!

Must be! I am always surprised when I see men planning vacations for their families. Once.. I told dh to think of a trip for us.. and he came up with some thing.. I want to say camping in Yellowstone or something.. and then said, Okay, I thought it up, you plan it! Ummmm.. NO. Not the deal. YOU plan it. He didnt want to, so we didnt go.

This is the reason I am really debating a Pre TR. They are pretty big on the WDW side of things and I'm reading some really great ones. At least I will have people, albeit strangers, excited for my trip and understand my constant need to talk about it!

My bf doesn't really seem to care either but I do ask him what he wants to do and we try to find something that we both agree on. We have fun on trips and such but he likes to just go with the flow but I'm more of the planner. He's still not into Disney like I am but at least we have fun when we go to the park together.

My bf was pissed today. He said he usually listens to podcasts on his phone to kill time while at work. It doesn't affect his work and he only has one earphone in his ear. He still helps answer calls from facilities and hospitals, etc and does his work.

Today this new manager (of their office) shows up and asks if his name is "so-and-so." She gets his name wrong then says that he is forbidden to use headphones while at work. My bf's manager never had a problem with it and he's been listening to podcasts for over 2 years. She also got his department wrong and thought he was part of the triage department.
