Dang it! I forgot what I was gonna say!

DS4 came in to give me a hug and tell me all about his brother playing some SpongeBob computer game, something about a diner.

And he went potty.

This morning he goes back in to the dermatologist to see how he looks with the latest meds. Uff. I need to leave in 10 mins., so I guess I'd better get moving! I just got him dressed, but I should put something in his tummy beforehand...

Oh really? THat's a pretty good one for having hit that moment! My kids are pretty good about me taking (a million) shots, but when they reach that point I get "the look", like your niece has in the first shot. Mad, and usually with a snarl.

OK, off to forage for food...

don't get me wrong I like the sit downs but you spend so much time getting to them at different parks......DH told me he would just as soon do counter but I would gag if I had to do the fast thing for every meal....

This is the reason we are not doing the dining plan. I cannot think of having 12 table service meals. It wastes too much time and Jake hates them so it would be miserable for us.

I just hear great things about the juice there!

Told hubby about PM giving Melotonin during the daytime (my sis gives it to her DS too), we both agreed that it would be considered abuse (chemical restraint) of a vulnerable person.. if that happened in a nursing home, sheltered care setting-- the caregiver could be fired and charges brought against them by the state.

Your best weapon is to : Document, Document Document!!!

But you know to do that already

Hats off to you for being the support/mother figure to your sis during this time. We can certainly be the shoulder to lean on .. until you have that stiff drink... champagne to celebrate I hope!

I have pics to share too!

It will take me some time to get them all perfcto.. but just wanted to show you what all my early mornings were all about.

First run at home today, with a home visit by the nurse trainer-- went very well!

We had to do a few changes to the cycler machine (after run) .. it was a used machine and that person must have been very small-- the parameters were set very low, unfortunately E had to have a longer run than typical running at slower speed, once you hook up and run-- can't change parameters and can't see what the maximums are until you start (more design flaws, a little too safe).

Also, since it was a used machine from our center... we get all set to make our first batch of diasylate solution.

Hit up alarms : UV light expired.


Called the nurse who had delivered the machine asking her umm now what?
She was just as peeved as we were and had us call the company.

Replacing a UV light is not an easy thing, they had to send out a whole new control box. Got it this morning to do the switch out : one 35 pound hunk of metal and plastic-- HEAVE! HEAVE! to pull out of machine, another 35 pounds back in SHOVE! SHOVE! oh crap! It' stuck, wiggle wiggle SHOVE!

One blue water line down the hall to the bathroom, fill fill fill... woohoo, no alarms!



Now we are part dialysis techs, part biomedical techs.

Hey guys!!! Guess what???? Mikalah went up to Super Pike in her swimming lessons!!!! Even after all her freaking out, and carrying on, and refusal to get in the pool during the last few lessons. She eventually would, but it took her a while. She is the only one who went up in her class. Im so proud of my little Olympian.

I am just really surprised that after like 5 classes, and practically NO other swimming experiance she is moving up. I am going to wait to see how Alex did in his before I sign them up for their next lessons.. I would LIKE them to be in class at the same time. Oh, and her new lessons are going to be in the big lap pool. But.... but... Shes only 3!! That pool is DEEP. and COLD! and BIG!!! That is my big worry. Hopefully she will be okay, though.

i am still so tired that i could sleep on rocks....i have messed around with laundry...i keep falling asleep trying to get that done and get a little new packing done, while i am doing unpacking....and I stand here thinking...why am I doing this...everyone should just do their own

I know... Its totally crazy. I told her that she has to do good in all her lessons until we go see her Auntie Missy... Otherwise Auntie Missy wont let her swim in her pool. it totally worked.
