No I use to listen all the time..then I would get freaked out over emergency landings and stuff...so I quit...I now only listen when he tells me to....

My DH is known for his "colorful turns of phrase." And he's not even Southern!

He used to tell me some of the things he'd say in meetings (we both worked for the same starched shirt type of corporation) and I'd "Honey, you can't say things like that here!"

He'd reply, "Well... Everybody in the room knew exactly what I meant when I said it!"

He's toned it down a bit, but he's always got something new that creates a vivid picture in your head. He proudly told me yesterday that a couple of his sayings are now being used by others.

I've always been leary of copying smilies from other places. I read somewhere that there are viruses that can come with them.

dh told me a story about a co-worker...something he said to his wife....i just crazy men....he can be gross and nasty but let me do it and its thats not very lady like...he has a littly saying about that one too....

Yeah, I read that fairly recently, where several people said they started getting all kinds of weird ads and stuff popping up after copying smilies. I assume copying smilies onto their computer rather than the way you're doing it.

I can't believe it's after 11 already! I need to go. DS7 needed a shower last night but it got too late, so I made him promise no whining when he had one in the morning.

So I'm off to shahma the boy.

OH! And I just remembered I need to get a cake for my mom's birthday. She and my DSis are coming over tomorrow to celebrate. My dad and brothers aren't going to make it for (IMO) a lame reason, whatever... It will be fun anyway.
