GOOD MORNING HYENA'S!!!

I have no clue. It was down to 1 am class last year and the rest were all day. State funding I guess. I did request that I didnt want him to have Mrs Roberts. She is a terrible teacher in my opinion and if she is coming back (they didnt know the kindergarten teachers beyond Mrs Schmidt) I dont want Jake in her class.

Hopefully we get someone as good as Mrs Harris. I really liked her.

Dizzy, I'm not sure if Mrs Harris is going to be at our school this year as she prefered teaching half day. Last year she did AM half at our school and PM half at Chaparral. She may not be here at all and move to where the half day classes are t his next year.

We just got back from swim lessons with a good report card for Jake. He will still be in Otters next session (we are calling it Otters 3) but he missed moving up to the next level by a hair. He just needs to get his backstroke for 10 yards. The teacher said he had it for 9 yards but she didnt want him to be too frustrated if he was in the next class and couldnt do it. She said he just needs a tiny bit more practice. I'm fine with it. Last session just 2 weeks ago he didnt have anything marked as accomplished. Now he has all 12 skills but 1 marked down as passing! He's doing really well.

So Yeah for Otters 3!

I just ate a plain bagel w/ cream cheese from Starbucks. I also got a grande caramel frappuccino because I was falling asleep.


Okay hyenas- If I am on the DIS past 10:30pm, use the force to make me get to bed. As long as it's not brute force.. because I bruise like a peach.

Thats cute too! They have Shrimps, Otters and Sea Lions for the preschool aged kids. Then its just Levels 1-5 for the older 6 and above kiddos.

So I'm sitting here trying to decide what to have for lunch. I really want chipotle but that means dragging Jake out of the house and heading back into the heat.

The kids have this week off, then they start lessons again next week. I snuck them into classes (online started at 9am, and I registered them online at 8:45) I wasn't going to miss the preschool class again

Alecia missed one to move up too, but I had already signed her up for the next level - I talked to the instructor and he said no big deal. The problem with her is she performs at the level of the others, she has to be challenged or she will just sit there.
