My Disney Visa (and a few other Chase cards) has an offer for 10% off a stay at a Westin. The Swan is a Westin. I used the card to pay. As with most hotels the charges hit your credit card separately.
Chase has only given me credit for one of the charges.
I’m aware that when a purchase is charged separately Chase will only honor the first charge that comes in. In this case the offer clearly states “ your stay”.
I have reported it but not hopeful they’ll honor it.
Has anyone here used this offer and had any luck?

Not Chase, but I have used WF, US Bank, etc and they are actually the same backend for this offer.

Next time call and pre-pay any remaining remaining balance. If that won’t use your offer and you want to use it on charges instead do NOT make it your card on file. Pick anything else. On the day of checkout before you complete checkout go to the front desk and say “charge $X to this card” and they will and charges for that amount to your other card will be reversed.

I should have figured all this out beforehand. I know how fussy Chase is about multiple charges for the same offer. Lesson learned. Thank you for the tip should it come up again.
