Chase Ink Business Plus

If I apply for and receive the Chase Ink Business Plus card, can I make purchases that aren't for my business? I do have an Etsy shop, so I'm not making it up, but if I use it at Staples for gift cards, is it okay that those are for personal use and not for the business? I track my expenses for the shop, and I wouldn't claim the gift cards as expenses, but is it okay to use the business card for personal use?

Secondly, my husband just got the CSR, and am I able to transfer my points to his UR account so we can combine them? We live in the same household, but I am not an authorized user on his CSR. Eventually, I'll sign up for the CSR for myself, but we want to stagger the openings so we can meet the spending requirements.

I don't want to give you incorrect information by saying yes you can but I do it all the time. I usually add in A lollipop or something small to my order so I don't have a ton of charges with even numbers ($100 $200 $300) you get the point.

That makes sense! I know people open the card without real businesses too, but I don't want to jeopardize our standing with Chase - too many good perks with these cards!

I put my personal purchases on ink+. it's been 6 months.

in terms of transferring, Ink+ and csr have different languages. I would be careful when transferring from ink+. u might want to transfer to another personal account then to ur husband.

Oops, I just transfered 44,000 points from ink to the reserve last week. I honestly didn't realize that wasn't allowed.

your husband is the owner right?

A. Ultimate Rewards rules explicitly permit transfers to a spouse or domestic partner's frequent traveler account, and prohibit all other transfers. On November 13, 2015, Chase announced the further complication (and perhaps additional restriction) that effective November 15, 2015, as a holder of a UR-earning business card "you can only transfer points to yourself or an owner of the company who is listed as an authorized user on your card account."
