As far as I know, it's only the premier card where you can do the flights. But basically, it's just a credit to your monthly statement. For instance, we booked our flights directly through Southwest. It was $872 for our tickets, which showed up on our credit card statement. I had about $120 in points on my card as well. I went through a process just like I was going to cash them out for a rewards card, but one of the options is to pay for airfare. It asks you to put in the name of the airline, date of purchase, amount of purchase (I'm doing this from memory so don't remember every detail!). The next month it showed up as a credit on my statement. Easy as that. It can be any airline, any flights, no blackouts or stuff like that. You never actually see the money, it's just put through as a credit once they verify you charged airline tickets.
Here's some info from their website:
Just purchase airline tickets with your Disney Premier Visa® Cardon any airline to any destinationand then pay yourself back by redeeming your Disney Dream Reward Dollars for a credit on your monthly statement. You can book your airline ticket however you likewith the airline, a travel agent or travel website. There are no block-out dates when redeeming.
Here's how:
1.Make sure you have at least 50 Disney Dream Reward Dollars in your account. Do not transfer your Disney Dream Reward Dollars to a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Disney Dream Reward Dollars will be deducted directly from your account.
2.Purchase your airline tickets on any airline to any destination using your Disney Premier Visa Card.
3.Within 60 days of purchasing your tickets, you can go online to redeem your Disney Dream Reward Dollars for a credit on your monthly statement.
Simply log in to your Chase.com account and click the "Redeem rewards" link on the Rewards Details page. On the next page, select "Airline Statement Credit" either from the menu on the left side of the page under "Use Reward Dollars", or from the top navigation menu.
4.Your credit will appear on your monthly statement from Chase within 1-2 billing cycles.
Not enough Disney Dream Reward Dollars to cover the full price of your airline ticket? That's okay! You can redeem for a credit on your monthly statement in any increment starting at 50 Disney Dream Reward Dollars.

(not really, but a little playful teasing did ensue). I called Visa and they said that only the primary cardholder can have this extra line of text embossed on the card. Oh well, she'll have to do without. Just an FYI for y'all.
