I got this up to 6% offer today and I happen to have a trip balance to pay. Does anyone know if that qualifies? Otherwise I got a similar promo on my Southwest card and I’ll use that instead.

Wow, I have both Chase Disney cards and didn't get this offer.

They target people who have low card usage, usually. We didn't get the offer either, but we charge several thousand dollars to this card every month already.
Yeah, that makes sense as I use my premier card for everything then pay off instead of using a debit card.

got this offer, heading to WDW in a few weeks and wondering what 5% cash back at "most Disney locations" means.

It may not count towards certain restaurants/booths in epcot. We used it last year to renew an AP and got 5% back

Ahhh, I never get these offers!
Think I will stick that card in the sock drawer for awhile so it that helps?!

Just activated the offer for my card and will be in Disney soon. Was wondering if anyone had experience getting the 5% back from resort charges? Figure if I have anything that needs to be paid after I run through my Disney GCs...this might be an easy way to get 5%. I can use the Disney dollars towards my DVC dues at the end of the year.

I always have enough and gift cards that I would not know the answer to that question however the card codes the resort as travel which I believe is included in the 5%

I was with you until recently started to get them. There is a link somewhere on here for chase to supply your last name last 4 of the card and zip code and it will check for you. Originally it said nothing was available but after doing it for awhile we finally got one last year. We put all of our cards that we rarely if ever use in an old wallet and then in the sock drawer :)

I just left Disney today and spent a little more than I had in gift cards, so as soon as it comes off pending I will update, but I did that instead of buying more e gift cards from Target because I assume it will code as travel and be fine.
I also used my card directly at Crystal Palace to see if that will code for 5%, will update here when it comes off pending.

Crystal Palace did NOT code as 5%. My Uber trips did. Resort charges from Magic Band are still pending.

Sorry about that. Did Crystal Palace show up as dining?
Yes it showed up as "Food and Drink." I took the chance just out of curiosity because I was only paying for myself, so not a huge loss of rewards if it didn't work out.
My Magic Band charges did pay out the 5% though, as expected.

Good info to know that we must charge any dining to the magic band and then we can pay our room charges with the card to get bonus rate.
