My dad wants to rent condos off property for everyone, and I don't want people to have to drive to the wedding, and especially back. Will the Disney charters go off property to pick people up?

Additionally, are there any transportation companies you would recommend other than Disney?

Ideally I would like to have everyone picked up before the wedding, and then have vans leaving the reception to take people home a few times between 10:30 pm and 1 am.

Yes, the transportation provided through Disney (by Mears) can go off-property. It just adds time to the total rental.

Mears is the biggest fish in Orlando, but you might try some of the other transport companies recommended by the various guidebooks/websites for airport transport, like Happy Limo.
