chart for banking pts.

I just passed ROFR a couple of weeks ago, with closing around the beginning of the year. With the package there were 101 '06 pts that we won't be able to use until '08. I purchased a Sept UY at BCV. Can someone post the chart for Banking pts. I searched and couldn't find the chart. Thanks.

Don't have the chart info but a Sept UY =

100% Feb 28th (29th on a leap year)

50% May 31st

25% June 30th

0% July 1st - August 31st

Our resale had the point banked by the previous owner since we were getting close to banking deadlines. Perhaps it would be an option for you.
