Charity organzation?

Hi,
I rented points for a studio from a DVC owner for March 6 at OKW just for that one night. We want be needing this reservation ,due to a change of plans. I read on here some were that you could donate rooms to less fortuate childern like the make a wish foundation or any other worthly charity.Can anyone tell me if this is true and how I could go about helping some needy child have a magical time?

If it's a rented reservation, you'll need to have the member handle the details- you can't donate the reservation to anyone without the member's assistance.

In this case, the member can change the name on the reservation to whomever you want (if they are agreeable to it). Some have contacted Give Kids the World to offer reservations. At times, the charities have been unable to accept such donations for a variety of reasons. You'll need to get permission from the charity and then have the member make the needed arrangements for you.

Sounds like a wonderful gesture.
