Charging with Room Keys

This is our first trip to Universal. We have been to Disney twice, and really enjoyed being able to use our room keys to purchase everything throughout Disney. I liked that my DD did not have to carry cash. Does anyone know if you can do the same thing at Universal with your room keys? Thanks.

ABSOLUTELY! the kids loved saying to me "just use the card." we really enjoyed it and you can use it everywhere. we even used at the carts in citywalk to get icees or hotdogs. if there was a register, they took your room key.

Thanks. I loved that feature at Disney. Now I think I have everything I need for the trip.

We are really excited. My DD is 17 and we are taking a friend of hers who is also 17, so it is going to be a great trip. We will be doing there for 6 days and will have lots of time to see everything including HHN.

Is anyone else going to be there from October 23 to 29?

Staceysmom- just wanted to say that I hope your DD loves USF as much as my DS (15) - it's a great place for teens ! We are going back to HRH for his 16th B'day - this time he's bringing a friend, too. He loves getting out on his own and just walking around City Walk - last Jan he went to one of the teen dances with a few girls he met by the pool and they had a great time!- Enjoy !
