Charcter Meals and Credits

I saw this on the FAQs board and was wondering if its still current info:

"Do character meals counts as (2) TS credits?

Only CRT is a (2) TS credits all other character meals are (1) TS"

In the brochure it says that charcter meals are all 2 TS credits - did I misread it?

CRT is the only "character meal" that is 2 TS credits.
All the rest are 1 TS credit
