characters on pirate night

Does anyone know which characters and at what times are in their pirate costumes on pirate night on the dream? We have outfits and I want photos. A friend just got back from the Dream and said character lines were huge, over a half hour wait and people were cut off if they showed up too late. I want to try to get there early and be waiting.

is it basically anyone remotely around dinnertime is in pirate gear?

Mickey is 5pm and 9pm (balcony)
Minnie is 5pm and 9:45pm (lobby atrium)
Chip and Dale are 5:15 (lobby atrium) and 9:30 (preludes)
Goofy is 9:15 (lobby atrium)
Donald is 9:45 (lobby atrium)
Daisy is 9:15 (lobby atrium)

and then peter pan is 4:30 (preludes) and Captain Hook & Mr Smee are in Preludes 5:15 and 10pm

Stitch is also out in his pirate garb at least once.

Jack Sparrow is usually around at some point, too. The times noted above are not set in stone. They can change sailing to sailing. The Navigators give you a good sense of what to expect, but I wouldn't rely on them too much.

I will certainly check out the actual navigator when we are on board the ship but it looks like there is a wave of them before the early dinner seating and another wave of them starting around 9ish. Assuming the fireworks is not going on during character meet and greets!

The characters are usually up on deck for the dance party right after the fireworks, and some participate in the pre-fireworks show as well, so they won't be out and about for meeting and greeting during that time.

We get through some of the lines a little more quickly using the divide and conquer strategy. DD picks her 2 favorites. DH waits in one line, and I wait in the other. Then she just runs over to whoever gets there first for the photo. LOL Then we move on to the next 2 characters.
