Characters at IOA

Is Dora the Explorer available at IOA for photos? We missed her at US today. No one could tell us before hand what time she would be available and when we got there at 3:10pm we had missed her as apparantly 3pm was her last appearance even though the park didn't close until 7pm. I don't really have the time to go back to US just to stand and wait but I can't go home with my DD3 having the opportunity to have a photo taken with Dora.

Dora is only at Universal Studios. Stop by guest services at IoA and they can tell you the times she will be out at Universal Studios so you can run over to see her. She also sometimes makes an appearance by the globe before the parks open.
