Characters at Garden Grill in Epcot?

Which characters are present at Garden Grill character dinners in Epcot? Opinions on the food and character interaction? Thanks in advance!

Last December we saw Mickey, Pluto, Chip & Dale. Mickey was dressed like a farmer. I thought the character interaction was very good. It is a small place, so we saw them a lot. When we were there the restaurant did not rotate, but I've heard that it's since been fixed. I did not love the food and do not particularly recommend it for that reason. However, there are very few character dinners with the departure of LTT's characters, and the rest are all buffets.

We also saw Mickey, Pluto, and Chip and Dale. The character interaction here is one of the best! The characters came around several times and Chip and Dale are always a hoot! Our family always enjoys the food there as well, so it's a must-do each trip. HTH!
