I have never eaten here, but I'm curious about the character deal here. Are there princesses at every meal or only breakfast? Who do you get your picture with for the package? Is it the same for every meal? I think this meal seems really overpriced, but I'd really like to dine in the castle just once! But, if I do dine in the castle, there had better be some princesses there! What meal should I do? Thanks!

All three meals are character meals. (I think the Fairy Godmother is there at dinner. Don't know if she's alone or she has princesses with her).

I haven't been there since they started offering photographs and can't answer that part.

Breakfast and lunch are "true" character meals. Dinner is just Cinderella in the lobby, and Fairy Godmother and Suzy/Perla do a show upstairs, but that's it.

The picture with Cinderella is the picture in the package.

I would go with lunch. It is by far my favorite of the 3. I am eating there for the 4th time this summer. I had Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, Snow White, Jasmine, and Belle (blue dress).

Breakfast is nice, too. DD and I did it last July, and this August, we'll be there again. Get the first seating (8:05 a.m. I believe) and you'll be done by rope drop.

Cinderella is in the lobby. At our meal, the Fairy Godmother, Snow White, Belle, and Jasmine visited our table. The photo package is with Cinderella, and it gets delivered to you during the meal.

As others have stated, princesses are only upstairs at breakfast and lunch.

We have gone to breakfast there twice. The first time it was Cinderella downstairs and Belle, Snow White, Jasmine and Fairy Godmother upstairs. The second time it was Cinderella downstairs and Belle, Jasmine, Snow White and Aurora upstairs.

It is expensive but you do get 1 8x10 and four 4x6 photos. Plus eating in the castle is just an awesome setting! The food is pretty good. The kids get a sword or a wand and a wishing star. And getting princess autographs without standing in line for an hour is worth the price to me!

Good luck whatever you decide!

Repeat after me though..

I'm not going for the food.. I'm going for the experience

I'm not going for the food.. I'm going for the experience

I'm not going for the food.. I'm going for the experience

I'm not going for the food.. I'm going for the experience

then you'll be fine. A lot of people are disappointed in the food since it's so expensive. At least for breakfast it's just your basic run of the mill pre-made in the kitchen, and put on a plate food. It wasnt 'bad' but for food I would've picked somewhere else..

BUT.. my wife and I really enjoyed the whole castle princess deal. That was worth it. Plus the picture was very nice. Not only do you get the 8x10 and 4x6's you also get a nice picture of the castle from the reflecting side IIRC.
