Characterpalooza

So, I have tried 2 times in the past to come across Characterpalooza at DHS and failed both times. Last Sept I thought it was still going on in the Streets of America and ended up sitting there forever waiting and nothing happened. I think that it had moved over to TOT just before my trip and I hadn't read about it anywhere before we left.

We leave Friday, so my question is - as of this week, is Characterpalooza still happening at the exit of TOT?

Yes, I am aware of his site, but I followed it the last 2 times and the info wasn't up to date.

His info is up to date. I have up to date info as my DD and her roommate are Fantasmic performers: Palooza occurs inside the gates at the exit of ToT. Wait for the gates to open and then enter as you will go to meet the characters - they do not exit the gated area.
