Character ?

My dd 7 has no interest in seeing the characters, which bumbs me out. She is looking forward to going to Cindy's Table (which she refused a year and half ago). Does other parents experience this with your children? Instead of autographs we are going to do penny press (which she loves) around Disney World.

I did go through this with Erich.He was afraid of the characters for awhile .A big teddy bear....of all things ... scared him in the MVMCP parde when he was 15 mths old.He was around 3 before he would go near any of them again.Mickey was the first one he went to ,think he felt safe with the Main Mouse!

The penny press thing is fun.Make sure you get the penny album to keep them in!

DS8 wasn't interested in getting autographs this last trip as much as he wanted to get their pictures. I think this was because he sees DW and I taking pictures so he wanted to use his $10 camera to get some shots. DD6, on the other hand loved seeing the characters.

The only suggestion I have to help would be to schedule lots of character meals and then she will be almost forced to interact with them.
