Character wake-up calls?

How can you get the characters to call the room for a wake up call?? Does it cost money? Which characters will call??

The wakeup calls are all free. Just press the wake up call button on the phone in yoru room. You don't get to pick the character that calls though. We have had Mickey, stitch, sports people, the kids from IASW, etc.
