Are the schedules for character meetings available online? If so, where?

Some characters are always available and you don't have to search hard for them... Entertainment is always subject to change, but here are a few that you can always count on, more or less.

---Mickey is ALWAYS in his Toontown Judge's Tent.
---VIP characters (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chipmunks) are always available in Character Connection at Epcot.
---Princesses are always available in the Storybook room in Toontown, as are some other characters such as Minnie, Daisy, Goofy.
---Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Donald are always available in Camp Minnie-Mickey in their Safari outfits.
---Sorcerer Mickey is always available on Mickey Ave at Studios.

If you're looking for more specific characters, ask a Cast Member and they'll be able to direct you.

i don't think Mickey can ALWAYS be in all those places. but i'm sure if you have good timing, you might find him there.

and technically, many of those spots, like soundstage 1 and the character connection have limited hours.

Thanks so much!! I knew the general places to find Mickey & such, but was looking for Alice, Malficient and Stitch (even though we're eating at O'hana for breakfast on our last day).

check the link i gave you earlier, but stitch can probably most reliably be found by the galaxy threatre in tomorrowland.

there's another thread on alice, who seems to be probably the least reliable information available. either by the mad tea party during scheduled times and DAYS (again, see link) or occasionally in the UK pavilion, either outside or inside the toy soldier (where pooh / mary poppins usually are).

maleficent, i will verify with www.wdwautographs.com but i think the only quasi-reliable place to meet & greet with her is during MNSSH, assuming they don't change it from last year. she does have a very prominent role in Fantasmic as well as Dream Along with Mickey though

When you get down there you can also check with Guest Relations at the beginning of the day and ask about a specific characther (will they be out, where will they be) you may have to continue to check throughout the day but if you're really on a hunt you may not mind the small amount of time it takes. Anyone with access to a phone (shopkeepers) can also check the hotline for you so you don't always have to go back to the front of the park to Guest Relations.

Good luck! I spent two years looking for Mushu and went to three parks in one day just to try and find him. The CM's I talked to throughout the day were a big help. He's out more often now and can be found in China.
