My daughter loves Flynn Ryder from Tangeled. Is he at Magic Kingdom for pictures/meeting??

Not that I know of. He appears in the FOF parade but not for photos/meeting.
You used to be able to meet him during breakfast at Trattoria al Forno on the Boardwalk, but character dining has not returned at this location yet.

He’s never met regularly even pre pandemic in park (just at breakfast at boardwalk which hasn’t returned) like previously stated he is in festival of fantasy as well as the castle show

To view character greetings use your MDE app:

- click the upside down teardrop located at the bottom of the home screen
- change top, centre dropdown option to 'Characters'
- change top, right option to 'Show List'

All characters and their meeting locations will be displayed for all parks

Flynn is not greeting guests although he also does not normally greet guests.
