On the 3 night Bahamas cruises, are there any character meet and greets that need to be prebooked? If so, what are they? TIA!

On the three night cruise, I believe there is a Frozen Meet & Greet, as well as a Princess Gathering that can be prebooked. Whether they "need" to be prebooked is up to you.

If we didn't prebook, would we not be allowed to meet Frozen? I'm a first time Disney cruiser! My booking window opens tomorrow!

The Frozen Meet & Greet is a ticketed activity. If you want to do it, it's best to pre-book it. On the off chance that not all the pre-book slots are filled there might be availability once onboard, but I wouldn't count on it.
