Character Meals

Does anyone know if there is a listing somewhere that tells what characters are at each character dining experience? We are planning on a 2012 trip and our friends , who haven't been to WDW since the 80's want to do both a princess meal and a character meal. What do you recommend? Sorry for this being a two question post.

[Windsor Princesses]

We absolutely loved the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway and our all time favourite character meal is a toss up between the Donald's Breakfast Safari and Tusker House or the Garden Grill at EPCOT if you are not breakfast people. Enjoy!!!
