Alright I'm crying like a baby right now. We had to cancel our trip.
When I was researching character meals I found a page on the annual passes, and found out our seasonal passes aren't good that week. I thought because that week was advertised as a slow week that we wouldn't have a problem. Now I don't know when we will be able to go

Call Disney and ask directly

I did call and the guy seemed to care less. He said Disney has been known to change the blackout dates, but he couldn't tell me when that would happen or how to find out. I just got frustrated and cancelled. He also said I could upgrade to the annual pass, but that would be more than $200.00 more. Our passes are only good till October. I am so utterly bummed
