Character meals - times?

I've been trying to search for the times that the characters appear in the various character meal restaurants, but to be honest I keep getting distracted and end up reading trip reports and reviews etc etc.

Can someone help me please? I'm mainly interested in Cafe Mickey and Inventions, but wouldn't mind knowing the others too, just in case.

I think Cafe Mickey is 12pm-3pm then 6pm-10pm. Of course there's also breakfast but I'm not sure of the times for this.

Inventions is dinner only (apart from the Sunday Brunch) so 6pm-10pm

Sunday Brunch at Steakhouse in Village is 12pm-3pm.

ETA: Thinking about it, I'm sure we've been in Cafe Mickey around half past ten at night and characters were still there but I could be wrong. Hopefully someone else can confirm.

But there's not any characters at the normal lunch, only on Sundays.

Cowboy Cookout is also 12noon til 3pm I believe, then the tea party is 4.30pm until 6pm.

to be honest I think the thread would have to be amended quite a lot before it could become a sticky, because as far as I'm aware theres no guarantee of meeting any of the specific characters at any of the meals, apart from (at the moment) Cinderella at Auberge, and Mickey at Cafe Mickey.

Elaine - i totally agree that it would need alot of alteration! but something like that would be very useful in the restaurant information thread, judging by the number of questions that come up about character meals.

I see your point Susannah, but I'm with Elaine that if we're not careful we'll end up with a thread full of out of date info. I spent a couple of hours yesterday amending the opening posts of many of the restaurant review threads because they had defunct info.

I know we get a fair few questions about character meals but we welcome them as not only does it mean people are replying with the most current info, it's also what keeps this board active.

no problem. i shall gladly bow to your knowledge - and i can see what you mean about the information getting quickly out of date as they seem to change the character meals quite often for some reason . and as you say, we do like answering queries and having somthing disney to write about! i got hooked on disboards some time ago and don't seem to be able to keep off them now.
