character meal

Yes, we were there in February - 6 of us - we all enjoyed it - served family style - salad with bread to start, turkey, ham and marinated flank steak, potatoes, gravy, green beans, mac and cheese, stuffing and a peach or apple - sorry can't remember - cobbler with ice cream for dessert (I think that was it...)

Character interaction was awesome - so in fact, that our 13DS who was completely pooh, poohing the whole character thing (he was just there suffering through for his DSis6) got completely into it and had an absolute blast!

You didn't ask any questions - so I hope what I posted satisfies what you were looking for...

We went in May of last year and we LOVED IT!!! We are going back in July!!! I HIGHLY recommend it!! The food is like a home cooked meal with the meat and veggies and they have SWEET TEA..(this is VERY important to DH..LOL)..There was AWESOME character interaction. Chip and Dale were doing back flips off of the stairs. The kids had a blast and the BIG ONES TOO.. :thumbsup2

LTT is on our must do list every year. The food is always good and the character interaction is wonderful. This is our favorite character dinner meal. You won't leave hungry and if you like sweet tea, it's great too.

Enjoy! :sunny:

We just ate there on Mother's Day for dinner.
DD11 & DS8 had a fantastic time!
Lots of character interaction....they came by the table several times & we didn't have to wait long at all.

I've read on several previous threads that many people say it's "just Stouffer's food" but we thought it was great!!

The only thing on the menu that's made by Stouffer's is the Macaroni and Cheese, which is actually quite good. The rest of the food was awesome. My children and I absolutely must do LTT every time we visit MK.

LTT food is awesome. The only negative for us was how loud it was! We have been to several other character dinners that were in a much more controlled environment - like Garden Grill. At LTT, we were practically yelling at each other to hear. Too many hardwood surfaces - the sound bounces all over the place! But if you can handle that, the food is great and the characters were great. :thumbsup2

This will be our first character meal EVER in a Disney Park.
I figured it would be a fun dinner for our 1st night.
We have a 4:00 seating.

We ate at LTT in early May. We found the food to be quite good. It's standard Thanksgiving dinner fare and there is plenty of food. Is it as good as Le Cellier? No, but it tastes just fine and is great especially for picky eaters. The characters were also lots of fun. For more, see my dining review link in my signature.

We ate there a few years ago. The character interaction was the best we've ever had, but the food wasn't really to our liking. It wasn't bad (the turkey was quite tender, as I recall), it just was a little limited. I can make roast turkey at home, and I don't eat ham, so we find some of the other places to be better choices for us. Some of the other places to eat have plain roasted meats, but also other choices as well. If the menu appeals to you though, the location of LTT is great because it is so central!
