Character Meal with Goofy?

Best place to have late breakfast(11ish-11:30) that must include Goofy. Was thinking Chef Mickeys as we loved that and it was easy to get to from an early MK morning. But want to try something different- Animal Kingdom Tusker House- how is that? My first grade DS loves Goof

Tusker house and cape may cafe are both great meals with great interaction with goofy.

We love Tusker House. As they started having characters at lunch too, we tried lunch instead of breakfast there a month ago (I believe the times you are looking at would be lunch, not breakfast). We all really enjoyed it. Doing lunch gave us time to go visit all the Characters at Camp Minnie Mickey and wander around a bit before lunch. We planned on doing Safari before lunch, but we ran out of time as due to some issues with the Disney Transportation that morning, we did not get there at rope drop, and we had 3 kids 6 and under who wanted to see characters most of all. We grabbed a fast pass for Safari right before lunch and walked out of the restaurant and onto the ride. It worked out really well.

Goofy is at Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary
Goofy is at Cape May Cafe at Beach Club
Goofy is also at Ohana at the Polynesian

Ohana has the BEST breakfast at The Polynesian and is on the monorail track to the MK...just take the resort loop!

Cape May has a great variety of choices plus Goofy. I think 10:30 to 10:45 is probably as late as the service goes though.
