Character M&G tickets

If we are taking a DCL bus from WDW we won't arrive until 12 or later, right? Are the meet & greet tickets usually still available at that time? I know the buses are the easiest, but tossing around a 1 way rental or car (bug don't really want to deal with car seats). We are doing a 4 day Dream cruise in 2017, so lots of time to decide. I know my dd4 would love to meet Anna & Elsa together, as well as the other princesses.

Really depends on the crowd and time of year. We got A&E tickets at 3:00 our last cruise but the princess ones were gone by then.
