Character eats at MK - just the castle and CP?

Am I correct on this. Just CP and the castle offer character meals at MK. Hmmmmm. Is it a pain to leave MK and head over to say Chef Mickey or the GF for dinner and then come back to MK? How is dinner at the castle? We enjoyed our breakfast 2 years ago, but I'm not sure I like what I see on the dinner menu?

Thoughts?

I wasn't too impressed with dinner at the castle..... I would give the food and the service a review of "ok." At dinner u meet Cinderella in the lobby for a brief moment and dinner is entertainment every little bit by fairy godmother.

We loved our lunch at Crystal Palace. The food was yummy and the characters were the most attentive of any character meal we had AND we had gone to Chef Mickeys.

Dont forget that GF and Contemporary are stops on the monorail, so I don;t think it would be too much of a pain to leave. There is also a boat to GF from MK that if you are traveling with kids may find it exciting to travel by boat for a meal.

Just as long as your not leaving the park near closing time. The monorails should have little delay since it's a steady stream of arrivals and departures from 4 pm up to sunset. Just allocate more time away than a normal TS due to the popularity of the character meals.

Is is JUST the fairy godmother inside at the castle dinner or do other princesses make appearances?

We did breakfast last year at CP and it was good, but we aren't huge Pooh fans (:scared1:) so would like to try something we haven't done before. That's why I'm kind of thinking a Chef Mickey dinner. We haven't done Chef Mickey at all before. We did 1900 Park Faire for dinner once and really enjoyed that and would do that again :)

presentation by the Fairy Godmother, Suzie and Perla for dinner - no princesses - upstairs.

Can someone tell me which characters are at the CP? Are they the same for all the meals or different? Thanks

we did lunch at CRT last year and saw Snow White, Belle, Jasmine and Sleeping Beauty. They don't do the dinner though as PP have said.
