Yes, there is a character dinner at RPR at Islands Dining Room on selected nights. This does change during busier times of year. There is also one at the other 2 on-sites as well. Last time we were there they had Woody Woodpecker, Scooby Doo and one or two others. The characters change as well. Great food!

The resorts have character "dinners" not breakfasts.
There is one character breakfast at IOA located in Confisco's. Here is some further info...

Swing in for a Character Breakfast at Islands Of Adventure!
Have breakfast at Islands of Adventure with Spider-Man® and the Cat in the Hat Wednesdays through Sundays from park opening to 10:30 a.m. at Confisco Grille.

After meeting the Marvel Super Heroes and Dr. Seuss Characters, experience high-flying excitement on the “The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man” ride, with your paid admission to Islands of Adventure.

The breakfast is $15.95 for Adults and $9.95 for children, plus tax and gratuity. Call 407-224-4012 for reservations.

Anyone tried the character dinners at the Universal resorts? Care to share what you ate, how was the character interaction, and what was the cost for the meal? Have a 5 year old who loves taking pictures with those characters.

i know they have character dining at RPR
6.30pm till 9.30pm
mondays scooby doo and shaggy
tuesdays shrek
saturdays woodywoodpecker and curious george
got an email from loews stating this and as far as i know you dont need to book if you are staying at one of the hotels,sorry no price given
