Does the Garden Grill still offer an afternoon ice-cream social???

Also, need a good character breakfast, AK has gotten some nasty reviews. My son loves Jasmine!

Any suggestions?

Jasmine has been at the Princess breakfast at Norway on occasion. She might be there at lunch?

We've done Breakfastsorous and thought it was pretty good. I know there have been complaints that it's been bad when it's busy. When we were there it wasn't busy, so that could make a difference.

DW and I loved the Winnie The Pooh character breakfast at Crystal Palace...the character interaction was really good and the breakfast buffet was awesome...no complaints here.

Chef Mickey's at the Contemporiary Resort is a great place to meet Chef Mickey, Minnie, Goofie,and Pluto. Chef Mickey's also offers great service and food. Another great place to dine with some characters is the Cristial Palace at Magic Kingdom. Pooh, Tigger, Eaor,and Piglet. I recomend that you try thier orange juice. A great place to get together with Cenderela, Snow White, Jasmine,and many other characters is Mickey's Toontown Fair Tent at Magic Kingdom. These places have always been a big hit for my family.

Since the rehab of Garden Grill, it seems the Ice Cream Social has been discontinued.

No more ice cream social @ Garden Grill. (unfortunately)

Two of our favorite Character Breakfasts are Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace. No Jasmine at either, but *maybe* your son can meet Jasmine at World Showcase (by Morocco). (Jasmine, Aladdin & the Genie) Sometimes they're out on the plaza, other times they're back in the gift shop. Don't get your son's hopes up (last trip I didn't see Jasmine, just Aladdin & Genie), but ask a CM - they should be able to tell you when/if Jasmine will be there that day.
