character dining?

what restaurants offer character dining ( I know it changes frequently)
& if they do, do the characters just wave on by? or will they sign guest books & have pics taken.

Chef Mickey's, Garden Grill, Topolinos, Hollywood & Vine, Tusker House and Goofys breakfast at the Four Seasons, plus Cinderella's Royal Table has Cinderella and Be Our Guest has the Beast.

Right now, they wave and pose for distanced pictures.
